Artwork Guidelines
Great print starts with great files. Follow these specs for the best result.
File format
- Preferred: a print-ready PDF with fonts embedded or outlined.
- Also accepted: high-resolution PNG, JPG, TIFF, or AI and EPS vector files.
Resolution
Raster artwork should be 300 dpi at final print size. Large-format banners and signage can be 150 dpi at full size.
Bleed and safe area
- Add 3 mm bleed on every edge for small format such as cards, flyers, labels and sleeves.
- Keep important text and logos at least 3 to 5 mm inside the trim edge.
Colour
Supply artwork in CMYK for accurate colour. RGB files will be converted and may shift slightly. For brand-critical colour, tell us your reference such as a Pantone and we will match as closely as the process allows.
Die-cut and custom shapes
For boxes, sleeves and die-cut stickers we can supply a free dieline template, just ask. Place your artwork on the artwork layer and keep the dieline on its own layer.
